Skylights for Homes
Known as the "More Sky" skylight, the energy-efficient Wasco E-Class models are offered in both fixed, manual venting, and electric venting styles. Custom sizes are also offered and can be quoted on request. The E-Class home skylights come complete with the patented "Ultraseal" system, Wasco's exclusive impenetrable water barrier that makes installation easy; no sealants, no step flashing, and no mastic needed. Bronze enamel is the standard framing color that is offered and others are available as a special order. Copper cladding is also offered on a few specified units. Leak proof and economical these skylights are for curb-mount applications as well as tile or metal roofs. The rugged one-piece Permatherm Vinyl curb reduces thermal conductivity and condensation and makes this model the perfect choice for thick roofing materials such as clay tile and concrete. The integral nailing sill offers fast and easy installation. A minimum 3/12 roof pitch is required for curb-mount skylights. If your application has a flat roof the correct pitch can be achieved with the curb. Like the E-Class models above the Curb-Mount Skylights are also offered in fixed, manual venting, and electric venting styles. A double-glazed acrylic dome version is also available for all standard sizes. The dome version of the curb-mount skylights for homes is most suitable for slate, tile, wood shake, membrane, and metal roofing systems.
Also known as a Spherical Dome, Wasco's round skylight model allows for a stunningly dramatic look at a cost that will not break your budget. Offered with a standard 9" high curb deck mount the Wasco round residential skylights can be installed on a variety of roof styles and are suitable for both pitched and flat applications. The fully assembled frame is double glazed with a durable, high molecular weight acrylic. The Dome is offered in clear, translucent white, or bronze colors. Round skylights start at 2' and go all the way up to 7' 7" in size. The dome rise ranges between 8" for the smallest 2' size all the way up to 29" for the 7' 7" size. The Spherical dome is a unique attention getter for spaces that call out for something more than the standard.

Skylight Glazing Options
Wasco offers 4 levels of glazing options for you to choose from. The standard is the clear, tempered, laminated glass. The next step up is the High Performance Low E glazing. This is followed by the Laminated High Performance Low E. Lastly there is the new Hurricane Resistant Low E Insulating Glass designed to meets Dade County, IBC/IRC and other stringent state building codes for home skylights installed in Wind Zone 3 coastal applications.
Skyshades, Wasco's exclusive brand of skylight blinds, helps you save on heating and cooling costs. Skyshades are economical pleated shades that are simple to install. They can be used with both venting and fixed skylights for homes. All Skyshades are manually operated using a telescopic pole that is sold separately. They are expertly designed to absorb sound and reduce over 90% of harmful UV rays they are available in Light Filtering, Privacy, and Room Darkening.
